Description: The whisky is a Single Malt made from 100% Canterbury grown and malted barley. Mashed, fermented and distilled in Christchurch. The aging for the Virgin French Oak expression has been in small, 100 litre and 50 litre, new French oak casks for a minimum of 3 years, current bottling is 3 ½ years.
