Description

With light skin contact and further aging in Amphora (traditional clay vessel), Amy Farnsworth, winemaker at Amoise, has created a wine that straddles the boundary between white and orange. Citrus and stonefruit aromas and flavours are bolstered by phenolic texture and saline notes.
