Aviation Gin gains its name from legendary barman Hugo Ensslin’s Aviation Cocktail created almost a century ago in New York. Founder Ryan Magarin wanted to craft a gin that lent itself to more than just martinis and G&T’s.

Launched in 2006, Aviation Gin is handcrafted and batch distilled using a blend of 8 botanicals including lavender, cardamom and sarsaparilla.
