This 25 year old has been matured in a combination of oloroso sherry butts, first-fill bourbon barrels and refill oak.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE Honeyed malt, flamed orange peel, cinnamon, tobacco leaf, papaya and dried fruit.
TASTE Thick and spicy with vanilla custard, mixed peels, dates, thyme honey, orchard fruit and cocoa on the tail.
FINISH Sweet and spicy.
