Our barrel‑aged interpretation brings a new level of refinement. Gin, Cointreau, aromatised wine, and a touch of absinthe rest together in charred oak, developing a smooth, integrated depth where the absinthe lingers more as a ghost than a punch.
Simply add fresh lemon juice, then shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass with a twist of lemon.
