Description

This beautiful sparkling wine comprised of 100% Sangiovese has a medium-body and is perfectly balanced with fresh fruity notes of cherries, almonds accompanied by a fine acidity with a long, dry finish.

Winemaking Notes
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed allowing the must to settle. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel.

Vineyard Notes
50 to 80 year-old vineyards trained in the Guyot and Goblet style on galestro-rich, clay soil.
