Bright, invigorating and beautiful.

Our three biodynamic vineyards together as one.  Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc,  pressed and progressively fermented to become one.

Pale pink hue with slight haze as unfiltered. Vibrant and bright aroma of red currant, cardamom and petrichor. The pallet is bright, saline and long with f lavours of wild raspberry, pomegranate, and cantaloupe. This is an unfiltered wine with small amounts of sediment. Please allow the bottle to stand and settle before pouring.
