The grapes originate from mainly Grands and Premiers Crus of multi-vintage blends, that have been taken from both young and réserve wines between five and twelve years old (magnum aged). These provide a broad and rich scope to achieve consistency. Matured for three years, this is the quintessential expression of the Bollinger style. It is very dry, but with toasty flavours in the mouth and round, richly flavoured, full-bodied and mature characteristics. Bollinger exudes balance – perfectly stationed between firmness and freshness, with a length equal to its richness and a persistent fine bead. Food pairing: Smoked Fish, Hard Cheese, Pork
