Its secret is the particular variety of strawberry chosen to make it. The Candonga strawberry ripens under the Basilicata sunny country, giving life to fruits rich in aromas, sugars and colors. To three parts of Brut sparkling wine, one part of strawberry juice and pulp is added. The result is an aperitif that surprises and that can also be used as a base for cocktails full of charm.
