TASTING NOTES
Distinguishing pink color. Elegant aromas of white peach and hints of white flowers, giving the Bellini a fresh and fruity character. The ripe white peach sweetness is balanced by the effervescent freshness of the sparkling wine.

Bellini’s secret is the white peaches which the Canella family looks after all yearlong to make sure they are picked at the right time.
They must be ripe, sweet, and juicy, with soft yet compact pulp and intoxicating aromas.

To make this cocktail, we use three parts Prosecco Brut,one part juice and pulp of white peaches, and a few drops of raspberry juice,
which is the secret to its iconic and elegant pink color.
