Aromas and flavors of peach pits, proofed dough, mealy yellow apple, and snow peas with a satiny, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and a warming, compelling, medium-length finish with notes of dried apricot, fennel, plantains, and breakfast buffet fruit medley. Clean and pleasantly fruity, this is a nice and mild introduction to the Pisco category.
