DESCRIPTION

To celebrate our 7th birthday, we are releasing a Otago Pinot Cask Cardrona Day Special Release. Our Master Distiller Sarah has carefully tasted and selected 4 of our best ex-Felton Road Pinot Casks that have had our single malt whisky maturing for 5 years. These 4 casks have been married together and proofed down to 52% abv. The handmade American Oak wood boxes will be numbered, and this will match the bottle number. There are only 1217 bottles for the whole of NZ & UK.

Aroma: oak forward, black amber plum, nectarine
Palate: Firm, silky tannin, oak forward, dried raspberries. Opens to poached nectarine, toffee milk, roasted cashew and baking spices
