Elegant and dry, this NV Blanc de Noir has been vinted from 60% of Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. It’s beauty is in the underlying weight that brings depth and drive to the palate, and those fresh bread and tangy citrus characters add a complex, refreshing touch to proceedings. It’s truly delicious. The Orban family has been growing grapes in Troissy since 1770 and have clearly honed their house style.
