Château Saint-Pierre 2019 is a very aromatic wine with complex aromas of very ripe fruit. On the palate, the fruit is ripe and bright. The tannin structure is precise and already very fine, the spicy finish is very long.

Vineyard

The Fourth Grand Cru Classé of the Saint-Julien appellation has a terroir made of gravel on clay and sand soils. The grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) line up over 17 hectares in the center of Beychevelle. The harvest is carried out manually and the selection of berries is extremely strict. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats and the wines are aged for 16 months. The wine of Château Saint Pierre is the perfect representation of the Saint-Julien terroir.
