Description

Crafted from a blend of wines from various partner vineyards, Cheval Noir Bordeaux Rouge reflects the expertise and skill of our winemakers. Our technical team conducts extensive research in the Bordeaux vineyards to identify the terroirs best suited to the ripening of the Merlot and Cabernet grapes that make up the Cheval Noir Bordeaux Rouge blend.

This wine comes from vines cultivated on hillsides. The blend is composed as follows: 85% Merlot, contributing fruit and roundness; 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, providing structure; and 5% Cabernet Franc, adding aromatic finesse. The winemaking potential is further enhanced by the clay-limestone terroir.

Nose: A fine and complex bouquet combining ripe red fruits with notes of toast and spice.

Palate: Structured, rich, and powerful, the palate shows a good balance between fruit and tannins. It displays a lovely length.

Food pairings: Its freshness, fruitiness, and roundness allow it to be enjoyed in its youth. Its balance and red fruit aromas will perfectly complement cooked dishes, poultry, and white meats.
