Cabernet Sauvignon is gaining renewed interest from Hawke’s Bay. As warmer, low vigour soils have been explored and planted, and viticultural techniques improved, the quality of Cabernet Sauvignon in our region has improved dramatically, and is attracting international attention.

Tasting Notes : Full of opulent dark berry fruit, with a brooding, warm earthiness, this is an incredibly fragrant Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of violet and rose, cedar, vanilla, graphite and smoke. Layered and complex with a supple mid palate and powerful, fine grained tannin driving exceptional length.
