Demonstrating restrained power, this is a multidimensional Chardonnay with a core of ripe stonefruit and fragrant citrus and citrus blossom, overlaid with subtle aromas of roasted nuts, mealiness and a note of smoky gunflint.
Tasting Notes : A full bodied and powerful Chardonnay that still manages to retain good balance and liveliness. This complex wine is built around a core of ripe stonefruit with fresher citrus elements supported by complexities of roasted hazelnut, toasted brioche and waft of gunsmoke. The palate is rich, yet finely textured with exceptional length and balanced fresh acidity, finishing with a slate like minerality.
