Description
Selection of Vespaiola grapes, spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control and without the addition of sulphites (SO2). Maceration on the skins for two weeks, aging in steam-bent Austrian wooden barriques and ceramic eggs. Orange color with golden reflections, complex aromas of flowers and honey. Orange peel, sweet spices, candied fruit on the palate. Excellent acidity.
