It is on the edge of the Sablet hillsides that the vines of this Côtes du Rhône extend. The light, sandy soil brings freshness to the vines and guarantees them optimum ripeness. The 20-year-old vines have a low yield, thus ensuring a beautiful concentration of aromas.
Grapes: 75% Grenache + 25% Syrah
Terroir: Sandy light soils at the limit of the slopes of Sablet.
Winemaking: The stems are removed and the fermentation is done 10 to 15 days in concrete tanks around a temperature of 25 degrees. The wines is then mature 3 month. Each grape are fermented separately.
