DESCRIPTION

This is a vibrant and fruit driven style full of energy and refreshment. There is a great juxtapositon between fresh and bruised apples, hints of a yeasty complexity and a dry finish that is full of vivacity. A perfect picnic wine, serve well chilled and enjoy with good company.

Made in the Traditional ‘PetNat’ way – Chardonnay juice was put into bottlle with no addittions to ferment and produce a naturally sparkling style full of refreshment.
