Description
A nose of red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), blonde tobacco and spices. In the mouth the palate is velvety and balanced.
Grapes: 35% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 30% Cinsault
Terroir: Clay-limestone soil and sometimes sandy matrices.
Winemaking: Traditional, with pumping over and punching down if necessary. A year of aging in 50HL tuns then refines this vintage.
