Description
The vineyards are located in Montigny-lès-Arsures on the slopes of «Chagnon» and «Leuvrin», same in Arbois with «Montesserin». Exposed mostly in west and south, the flour are rich in iridescent marl and chaille clays, favoured lands of Trousseau.
This wine comes from vines planted in Montigny-les-Arsures and Arbois on southwest-facing soils rich in iridescent marls and chailles clays, the favorite terroirs of trousseau. It wonderfully expresses its character and its generous aromas such as blackberry or kirsch.
Late ripening varietal, with a scent of anise that escapes the glass. Raspberry, liquorice, herbs and dried flowers with smokey hints of BBQ meats with a silky texture.
