Mingsha Shan shows the lighter side of McLaren Vale shiraz.

Fruits are thinned to 3 ton /acre- this wine is fermented with a high proportion of whole berries. Shiraz/Fiano co-ferment component is also blended to bring some aromatic lift and freshness to the palate.
