Vineyards: Sourced from Biodynamically farmed organic vineyards in the Wrattonbully region, situated in the Limestone Coast area of South Australia.
Winemaking: Fruit was picked and sorted, then pressed off into open fermenters. Plunged daily with some time on skins to lend colour before spending time in stainless steel prior to bottling. Bottled without preservatives to ensure fresh, drink now style.
Tasting Note: On the nose this is riot of red and black fruits. A full-bodied Shiraz that remains fresh and unburdened by oak. It’s rich and satisfying with dark berry flavours and nicely weighted on the long, satisfying finish. Awesome with a charcuterie or cheese plate.
