Munjebel Bianco Frank Cornelissen 2021 offers a vivid expression of the unique terroir of Mount Etna. Made from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, this wine showcases a pale straw color. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus zest, stone fruit, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is marked by a lively acidity that balances flavors of green apple and pear, with an underlying minerality reflecting the volcanic soil of the region.
This white wine is produced using organic farming practices and minimal intervention in the winemaking process, aligning with Cornelissen`s philosophy of authenticity. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in amphorae, contributing to its distinctive character. With a moderate alcohol content, it presents a fresh and approachable profile, making it suitable for enjoying alongside a variety of dishes, particularly seafood and light salads.
