DESCRIPTION

A perfumed and warmly spiced Gin containing 9 organic botanicals. Autumn conveys the fragrance of our Hawkes Bay harvest.

Batch distilled in our 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Top notes of Mandarin, Quince and Juniper. Cassia bark and fresh Tarragon bring warm spice and a touch of anise to the palate.

Limited release: only 365 bottles produced
