Flamingo! Our first Rosé, grown in the Bridge Pa appelation of Hawkes Bay from Merlot and Cabernet Franc this is a classic, dry Bordelais style rosé with lovely strawberry accents, a creamy mouthfeel and brigth, fresh acidity.
