TASTING
The color is clear and sparkling ruby. The nose is expressive with aromas of small red fruits (raspberries and redcurrants). The entry in the mouth is frank. This frame of freshness continues until the finish. The red fruits are still as present in the mouth. The tannins of good quality, few in number, are smooth and fine.
