Both of these elements can be found on the rich and relatively generously proportioned middle weight flavors that possess excellent volume while exuding a subtle minerality on the delicious, clean and dry finale. This is an excellent Petit Chablis and well worth checking out plus it should drink reasonably well young if desired.

Organic Petit Chablis from La Chablisienne, this is direct and shows great purity on the nose. Soft, peachy fruit on the palate with nice apple fruit acidity to keep all in balance. Already good to drink, this will age well for one-two years
