Golden yellow colour. On the nose aromas of ripe fruits with almond nutty and acacia flower overtones. Well balanced on the palate with a slight acidity which gives softness and freshness. 100% Chenin Blanc. Just off-dry, this is an easy-drinking Vouvray, crisp, fresh, and long on the palate. No oak influence.

“A lovely bouquet, distinctive and ‘classic’ filled with scents of wet chalk and baked apples, fresh pomaceous fruit too with a sweet pear idea, then a soft lees and floral highlight. Delicious on the palate with a satin texture, plenty of acidity, freshness and vibrato in the acid line. The lees and mineral qualities are persistent and highlight the finish, which is lengthy and complex. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.”
