Pale yellow colour with a beautiful balance of aromas of yellow fruits and floral notes. A remarkable length, marked by notes of quince.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay (alcohol removed)
Terroir: Chalky soils consisting of small fossilized stones and occasional sandy vines.
Winemaking: Controlled vinification of grapes harvested at full maturity, the aromas and alcohol are successively extracted with an innovative process using vacuum evaporation and temperature
