Juicy, fruitful fun in a bottle. Red berried, watermelon and hibiscus flavours, with a quaffy, supple and sumptuous palate all add up to 'life of the party' kind of Pét-Nat. It's made from 100% North Canterbury grown Pinot Noir.
Matter of Time is a collaboration between James Opie of Bryterlater and David Collins of 15 Minute Bottles. The modern styles and easy drinking nature of these wines is underpinned by the serious experience and know-how of these two chaps.
