Pink with hints of orange-copper (glorious!).  The nose is awash with strawberries and cream, rosewater and a hint of fennel.  Well balanced on the palate, there is hint of sweetness, bright acidity and light minerality, amazingly textural to the very last sip.  The flavours of creamy strawberries, pomegranate and juicy raspberries push this wine into ‘next level’ goodness.
