Named as a proud tribute to Adele and Daniel’s son, the Cuvée Remy is crafted only in exceptional vintage years, a collector’s edition that honours the Le Brun legacy.

This very special méthode was first released to celebrate Remy’s 21st birthday, and this 2013 release marks only the second edition. Its arrival is testament to the craft of méthode traditionelle, and to the dedication, patience and precision required to create wines of such depth, elegance and longevity.

Delicate floral notes mingle with apricot and fine  autolysis which adds depth and savoury elegance. The palate follows with layers of ripe stonefruit, a touch of clover honey and subtle nuttiness unfold across a broad, textural mouthfeel. Refined autolysis carries through to a  long, elegant finish.

Our vintage méthodes, each named for a member of the Le Brun family, capture the character of their respective years.
