Description
This cuvée is the result of a partnership with half a dozen winemakers from neighbouring villages who also practice organic agriculture or who are converting to organic. It is a wine to drink with friends, in the sun, while eating a pleasant meal. Fruity, round and pleasant.
Grapes: Grenache, Moudevre, Syrah
Terroir: Limestone clay marl and schist soil.
Grape Growing: Organic and biodynamic grape growing with one simple rule: making wine the most natural way possible with respect to the environment.
Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. Aged for 6 months in concrete vats.
