Crisp bouquet and exquisite taste. It is a medium dry sherry with a brisk nutty flavour, a pungent aroma and a rich caramel colour. Due to this sherry’s extended ageing, it is smooth and sensuous to the palate. Osborne Amontillado has a distinctive finesse that enriches consomme and enhances its flavour. This sherry may be served chilled or at room temperature and is an excellent accompaniment to many soups and semi-soft cheeses, as well as smoked salmon, caviar or pate.
