Aging Process
A minimum of 4 years in our chalk cellars and 6
months after disgorging.
Eye: brilliant and shining with tiny bubbles.
Nose: Nose: fresh, subtle and elegant. Delicate smells of orange blossom.
Palate: soft and round with a creamy finish. Aromas of vanilla and pear.
The Apanage cuvées have been designed specifically for and dedicated to fine dining. In the middle Ages, an apanage was a grant (as of land or revenue) made by a sovereign to a member of the royal family. “Apanage” is evocative of exclusivity and distinction. This Apanage brut cuvée has been created by meticulously selecting 17 villages (crus) which reflect the Pommery style
linking tradition and modernity.
