Description

Pure Rice Baijiu is made of Australian jasmine rice, fermented in New Zealand Tongariro spring water for months, and then distilled and cooled down to have high quality rice spirits (Baijiu).

Bronze medal winner in 2024! Established in 2023, with very experienced and certified staff, we focus on using natual food (rice) to distil high quality spirits (Baijiu). All our products are only made of Australian rice, yeast and New Zealand spring water without any other additive or chemical stuff.
