Pale peach and eye-of-the-partridge’ colour, lighter on the edge. The nose is very fresh with tightly concentrated and penetrating aromas of delicate red florals interwoven with mouthwatering nutty and mineral notes, unfolding nuances of red berry fruits. Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, this has soft and gently luscious red berry fruit and red floral flavours showing with delicacy on a mouthwatering palate. The mouthfeel is very fine and near seamless, the wine flowing with good energy, enlivened by fresh acidity. The fruit sweetness emerges as the wine carries to a long, subtly nuanced finish of red florals, nuts and minerals. This is a soft, seamless, gently mouthwatering dryish rosé with delicate red fruit and floral flavours. Serve as an aperitif and with canapes over the next 2 years. Unspecified varieties from Provence fermented to 12.5% alc.
