Beautiful, rich amber colour. Somewhat shy aromas of baked pear, caramel, and spice. A soft, delicate entry leads to a dry yet fruity light to medium body of dried fruits, mocha fudge, and dusty spice. Finishes with star anise, caramel, and peppercorn fade.
