DESCRIPTION

A lovely wine with an intriguing bouquet of fruit, spice and complexity. A dry wine touches the palate then core fruit flavours ripe grapefruit, green and yellow peach, apricot and barrel spices. Almost full-bodied with acidity and tannins adding tension and poise before the fruit flavours and wood impacts take over. I like the hint of gun-flint adding further complexity to the style. Well made and in a decent drinking window. Best from day of purchase through 2029.
