ROSELL BOHER
Rosell Boher are celebrating 20 years since their first sparkling vintage and 120 years of winemaking tradition. It all began in 1999 when the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the current winemaker Alejandro Martínez.
Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher have continued the French tradition of Champagne, making products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.
Rosell Boher are a young winery with history, tradition that produces wines of excellence.
ORIGIN AND PREPARATION
60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán, at 1250 MSNM. Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
This sparkling wine was developed under the Traditional Method or Champenoise, respecting a time on lees of between 30 and 36 months.
Category: Brut.
TASTING NOTES
VIEW
Pale golden yellow color; persistent foam and very small bubbles.
NOSE
Aromas of toast, tropical fruits, hints of almond and coconut.
MOUTH
Good acidity. Full in the mouth, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Flavors consistent with what it promises to the nose. There are peaches and some cherry. Citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruits.
