In the mouth the texture & fineness of tannin and drinkability of the wine is immediately evident” 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Cinsault. Porseleinberg Farm, schiste soils. 100% whole bunch wild ferment, no fining, light filter off lees to bottling, 50ppm SO2 added at bottling. All farming!
