DESCRIPTION
Tasting Notes= Te Mata Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc
The winery writes “The remarkable Cape Crest; palest lemon and brilliant in the glass. Luscious citrus and succulent stone fruit slide effortlessly towards a precise and lingering finish of gooseberry, lime and sea salt. Among all the ripe and pure fruit on the palate floats crunchy acidity and complexing grace-notes of dill, coriander, beeswax and woodsmoke. Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc is a signature example, with drive, moreish appeal and elegance to spare.”
ABV-13% Alc
Tasting Notes= Te Mata Awatea Cabernet / Merlot
Aromatic fragrances of coffee, chocolate, vanilla and toast wrap the fruit, with hints of bayleaf and mint keeping the aromas fresh and lively. Ripe berry flavours and a rich mouthfeel unfold on the palate, while the supple tannins provide a fine finish. Refined, elegant and powerful.
