The Vicar’s Son Gin
We increased the Juniper 25% from Batch One to give the Juniper more prominence like our version of a traditional London Dry Gin.
Drink with Fever Tree Tonic Naturally Light for a refreshing low calorie drink. Or you can enjoy it with a few lumps of ice.
This batch has been distilled four times and went through 13 extraction cycles.
There’s about 2.5 kilograms of Gladfields Barley required to make each bottle.

If you’re looking for lime, fruit, hint of cinnamon, this one is for you. It has the perfect balance of fruitiness against cinnamon.
Drink it straight and you’ll get a full mouthfeel of juniper, pepper, citrus and spice
