Venus is a more feminine multi-clonal pinot noir possessing a more delicate, lighter fruit profile than Atlas.

Winemaking: A multi-clonal pinot noir that has a majority of de-stemmed fruit with an average of 5 days fermentation on skins.

Tasting Notes: A bright, lighter bodied pinot noir showing raspberry and cream, violet flower and sweet soil. Chalky tannin and bright acidity, paired with lush tamarillo and savoury herb make for an energetic pinot noir.
