Red Ruby Gin is Waiheke indulgence — playful, sunlit, and quietly luxurious.

Pressed New Zealand cherries are infused into our dry gin, creating a spirit that is both vibrant and refined. On the nose, sweet cherry juice leads, followed by gentle juniper. The palate is smooth and lightly floral, with soft sweetness, orange brightness and a warming hint of cinnamon.
