Description
The base for this highly artisanally crafted gin is distilled from Yamamoto-san’s sake Kasu (by-product of premium grade Yamamoto sakes). Yamamoto-san foraged deep into the Shirakami mountains for Akita botanicals, some of which include bellflower, Japanese cedar, Hiyama, Apple, Water dropwort. In total, over 30 botanicals meld together gorgeously with the Ginjo aromas of sake. Amazing depth & complexity with great sophistication. The flavours hold up brilliantly even when used in a cocktail appreciation.
