Complex, enticing, varietally perfect and filled with a bouquet of fresh dark red berries and plums, a core of mineral-laden tilled soils, layers of new and used oak, a natural ferment reductive complexity and suggestions of perigord and field mushroom. Equally complex on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet, an abundance of fruit and barrel tannins offering chalky textures and structure. A back bone of acidity ensures age worthy qualities as well as freshness and mouthfeel. Complex, dry and delicious. Best drinking from 2024 through 2030+.
