The Burn Cottage Vineyard is why we came about as a winery — it’s a unique spot tucked beneath the Pisa Range. The 2022 bursts with dark cherry, violets, and seductive aromatics. On the palate: supple, fine tannins weave dark berries, citrus, chocolate and savoury notes into a vibrant, crunchy raspberry-cranberry finish. We see this having great cellaring potential.
